How does billing work?
Every service is a flat, upfront rate billed to a card on file when you book. You'll get an itemized receipt (superbill) you can submit to an HSA/FSA or for possible reimbursement — no insurance claims to chase.
Do you take insurance?
This is a private-pay concierge service, so care is never limited by what insurance will approve. Many clients use HSA/FSA funds or submit the superbill I provide to their plan.
What areas do you serve?
In-home visits within the Greater Detroit area, with a small mileage fee beyond the core zone. Virtual check-ins and care-coordination calls are available anywhere.
Is this a substitute for hospice or 911?
No. Concierge palliative care works alongside your physicians and any hospice team to add comfort and continuity. In an emergency, always call 911.
